Ready to watch the sunset, beachgoers instead help to rescue two manatees at Clam Pass

Beachgoers at Clam Pass were called to help with not one, but two manatee rescues on Thursday.

According to Twitter user @HappyLaura, a group of people helped rescue two manatees who appeared to be stuck by the low tide in Clam Pass in North Naples.

@HappyLaura shared several photos on Twitter of the rescue at sunset. People were gathered around the mammals in the shallow water.
