Ave Maria named No. 1 in Naples-Fort Myers as top selling single-family community

AVE MARIA — Ave Maria has been named the No. 1 selling single-family community in the Naples-Fort Myers market for the 11th consecutive quarter, according to a Q3 Metro Study report for 2017.

The report, which ranks annual home starts and move-ins, places Ave Maria at the top of both lists with 308 new home starts and 380 move-ins for the Naples-Fort Myers markets over the past 12 months. The Naples-Fort Myers markets are defined as Naples and Marco Island as well as Fort Myers and Cape Coral.

Prices for new homes in Ave Maria begin in the high $100,000s with most new home sales averaging in the low $300,000s, well below the current average new home price in Collier County of $533,335.

Ave Maria offers more than 40 floor plans in seven distinct neighborhoods within the town. CC Homes, Pulte Homes and Del Webb are the preferred builders. Homes range from 1,457 square feet to over 5,000 square feet and feature some of the latest design trends including outdoor kitchens, bonus lofts, casitas and more.
