The Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida will host a SHAPE UP event from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday to offer a free taste of Naples' fitness classes.

Experience all that Naples fitness classes have to offer from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday in the Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida's SHAPE UP event. Participants can try paddle boarding, running on the beach, barre, meditation, tai chi, bootcamps, healthy juices and supplements at Lowdermilk Park, 1301 Gulf Shore Blvd in Naples. Get up close, personal with reptiles, birds of prey

Creatures from Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, 375 Sanctuary Rd in Naples, will be on hand for an after-hours Family Fun Night from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday. Baby alligators, tarantulas, cornsnakes and geckos will be on display. Make slime at family-friendly stations set up for science experiments with Mr. Glen of Super Science and Amazing Arts. All aboard at the Naples Boat Show Downtown

Fishing boats and million dollar luxury yachts ranging from 9 feet to 65 feet will be on display on land and in the water this weekend in the Naples Boat Show Downtown, plus all the latest in boating accessories, gear and gadgets. For free admission, attendees of all ages are welcome to step into the boats and visit with industry experts from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Naples City Dock, 880 12th Ave S. Styx founder, songwriter Dennis DeYoung

A founder and successful songwriter of legendary rock band Styx, Dennis DeYoung will perform at 8 p.m. Saturday at Artis-Naples, 5833 Pelican Bay Blvd in Naples. DeYoung wrote the '70s and '80s classic rock songs "Babe," "Come Sail Away" and "Lady," heard on airwaves today. Tickets range from $59 to $89 and can be purchased online at artisnaples.org.

The fourth annual Oktoberfest will return under the marquis tent from 4 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Shoppes at Vanderbilt.

German food, bier, music at Oktoberfest

Wear your authentic German garb to the Gulf Coast Runner's fourth annual Oktoberfest from 4 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Shoppes at Vanderbilt, 2343 Vanderbilt Beach Road in Naples.
